Notice to customers regarding Credit Card transactions
Credit card transactions which occurred between September 22 – 27, 2024, were not fully processed due to the Company’s network being temporarily off-line. Transactions were delayed from being communicated to financial institutions, therefore credit card charges made during that time were not posted on customer’s credit card accounts immediately following the purchases.
The Company’s credit card processing vendor is currently completing the transactions and has already processed a majority of these transactions. As a result, certain transactions are just now being posted to our customer’s accounts for purchases made during the period of Sept. 22 through 27, 2024.
