Suigei Yuzu Kaju 39 Liqueur
Suigei Yuzu Kaju 39 Liqueur

Kochi Prefecture, a major production area for citrus fruit, not only grows yuzu. Kochi is Japan’s number one yuzu producer but also other citrus varieties according to the season and region.

Suigei Liqueur “Kaju” Yuzu is made from the juice of three kinds of citrus Yuzu, Konatsu, and Naoshichi (a type of sudachi) and Suigei's sake. The number 39, represents the percentage of citrus juice in the liqueur.

This citrus-blended sake is packed with an abundance of goodness from yuzu, which exhibits a distinctive aroma and superb balance of tartness and sweetness.

A refreshing aroma rises up, and the blended citrus juice’s wonderfully sweet and sour taste blossoms in your mouth. The combination of the citrus aroma and umami from sake enhances the juicy taste.
